Return Policy
For warranty claims, we provide 1 to 1 replacements for any manufacturing defects. Just email us at (support@aluplus.com.my) or fill out the forms (put a link for the google forms for replacement purpose) and we will glad to replace all the manufacturing defects.
Returns
We understand that sometimes you may have change of mind, and would like to exchange the product you just bought. However, only certain products are required to arrange a return for any unused items purchased within 30 days. Just email us at (support@aluplus.com.my)
Refund
Once we received your item , we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. All refunds will be bank in thru your designated account.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Missing Parcel
Don’t worry if the courier service lost your parcel. We will try our best to help you. Your parcel is considered lost when there is no tracking update after (from the last update) as below:
Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand & Vietnam: 14 Days Other Countries: FedEx 30 day, DHL 30 Day, DHL e-commerce/ Postal Services/ Others not included *This policy is not valid for customers that refuse to accept/pay the tax or handling fee
