Delivery Policy

Your goods will be shipped only upon order confirmation and payment completion. Orders placed after 2 p.m. will be considered as orders for the next business day.
All goods will be delivered ASAP to the address (“Delivery Address”) provided in your order
If there is a need for change of delivery address after the order has been made, kindly contact us at support@aluplus.com. However, once your order has be shipped, changes unfortunately cannot be made.

Peninsular & East Malaysia

Flat rate RM10 per shipment via GD Express, DHL, J&T Express, Skynet Courier, or Poslaju.
Customers are elligible for free shipping with purchases of RM100 and above.
For large items (exceeding 1500mm / 30kg) kindly reach out to us for separate delivery arrangements
